Helix Pro Subscription Terms

Effective October 2, 2026

These terms supplement the User Agreement for optional paid features.

Billing and renewal

The App Store displays the subscription period, price, included features, and any introductory offer before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Apple at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, subject to Apple’s applicable terms.

Trials, cancellation, and restoration

Eligibility and duration for trials are shown by Apple. Canceling stops future renewal but generally does not remove access before the paid period ends. Use Restore Purchases in the app to restore an eligible entitlement. Refund requests are handled under Apple’s policies and applicable law.

Feature changes

We may improve or replace Pro features while maintaining the overall nature of the subscription. A subscription does not provide real-money trading, professional advice, guaranteed data availability, or guaranteed outcomes.
